This plot shows the amplitude of voice coil (or solenoid) response as a
function of frequency. On the left side the response drops as 1/f2 for purely
mechanical reasons. On the right side where the effect of coil inductance becomes
significant, the response drops as 1/f3. If the effects of eddy currents were
considered, then the response would drop even faster.
